Disclosure of Data to Third Parties

Transfers to third countries

Cookies and the right to object to direct advertising

Registration function: Data collection and use when opening a customer account

Users can create a user account. As part of the registration, the required mandatory information is communicated to the user and processed on the basis of Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR for the purpose of providing the user account. The processed data includes in particular the login information (name, password and an e-mail address). The data entered during registration will be used for the purpose of using the user account and its purpose.

Users can be informed by email about information relevant to their user account, such as technical changes. If users have terminated their user account, their data will be deleted with regard to the user account, subject to a statutory retention obligation. It is the user's responsibility to back up their data before the end of the contract in the event of termination. We are entitled to irretrievably delete all of the user's data stored during the contract period.

As part of the use of our registration and login functions and the use of the user account, we save the IP address and the time of the respective user action. The storage takes place on the basis of our legitimate interests, as well as the user's protection against misuse and other unauthorized use. In principle, this data will not be passed on to third parties unless it is necessary to pursue our claims or there is a legal obligation to do so in accordance with Article 6 (1) (c) GDPR. The IP addresses are anonymized or deleted after 7 days at the latest.

Data collection and use for contract processing

We collect personal data if you voluntarily provide it to us as part of your order and to enable you to select and order the selected products and services, as well as their payment and delivery or execution. The processed data includes inventory data, communication data, contract data, payment data and the persons affected by the processing include our customers, interested parties and other business partners. The processing takes place for the purpose of providing contractual services in the context of operating an online shop, billing, delivery and customer services. We use session cookies to store the contents of the shopping cart and permanent cookies to store the login status.

We only transmit personal data to third parties if this is necessary in the context of contract processing, for example to the company entrusted with the delivery of the goods or the bank responsible for processing the payment. Any further transmission of the data does not take place or only if you have expressly consented to the transmission. Users can optionally create a user account, in particular by being able to view their orders and gaining password-protected direct access to their inventory data (customer account) stored with us. As part of the registration, the required mandatory information is communicated to the users. The user accounts are not public and cannot be indexed by search engines. If users have terminated their user account, their data will be deleted with regard to the user account, subject to their retention being necessary for commercial or tax reasons in accordance with Article 6 (1) (c) GDPR. Information in the customer account remains until it is deleted with subsequent archiving in the event of a legal obligation. It is the user's responsibility to back up their data before the end of the contract in the event of termination.

Deletion takes place after statutory warranty and comparable obligations have expired, the necessity of storing the data is checked every three years; in the case of legal archiving obligations, the deletion takes place after their expiry (end of commercial law (6 years) and tax law (10 years) storage obligation).

Communication via post, e-mail or telephone

We use means of distance communication, such as post, telephone or e-mail, for business transactions and marketing purposes. We process inventory data, address and contact data as well as contract data from customers, participants, interested parties and communication partners.

The processing takes place on the basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a, Art. 7 GDPR, Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR in connection with legal requirements for advertising communications. Contact will only be made with the consent of the contact partner or within the framework of legal permissions and the processed data will be deleted as soon as they are not required and otherwise with objection/revocation or omission of the authorization bases or legal archiving obligations.

 

External payment service providers

We use external payment service providers, via whose platforms the users and we can carry out payment transactions. As part of the fulfillment of contracts, we use the payment service providers on the basis of Article 6 Paragraph 1 lit. b. GDPR a. In addition, we use external payment service providers on the basis of our legitimate interests in accordance with Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter b. DSGVO in order to offer our users effective and secure payment options.

-Paypal

On our website we offer payment via PayPal. The provider of this payment service is PayPal (Europe) S.à.rl et Cie, SCA, 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg (hereinafter "PayPal").

If you choose to pay via PayPal, the payment details you enter will be sent to PayPal. Your data is transmitted to PayPal on the basis of Article 6 (1) (a) GDPR (consent) and Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR (processing to fulfill a contract).

The information is required to carry out the transactions. However, the data entered will only be processed and stored by the payment service providers. This means that we do not receive any account or credit card-related information, only information with confirmation or negative information about the payment.

You have the option to revoke your consent to data processing at any time. A revocation does not affect the effectiveness of past data processing operations.

Administration, financial accounting, office organization, contact management

We process data as part of administrative tasks and the organization of our operations, financial accounting and compliance with legal obligations, such as archiving. In doing so, we process the same data that we process within the scope of providing our contractual services. The basis of processing is Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. c. GDPR, Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f. GDPR. Customers, interested parties, business partners and website visitors are affected by the processing. The purpose and our interest in processing lies in administration, financial accounting, office organization, archiving of data, i.e. tasks that serve to maintain our business activities, perform our tasks and provide our services. The deletion of the data with regard to contractual services and contractual communication corresponds to the information given in these processing activities.

We disclose or transmit data to the financial administration, consultants such as tax consultants or auditors as well as other fee offices and payment service providers.

Furthermore, on the basis of our business interests, we store information on suppliers, organizers and other business partners, e.g. for the purpose of later contact. We store this mostly company-related data permanently.

Third-party tools and social media

When you visit our website, your surfing behavior can be statistically evaluated. This is mainly done with cookies and so-called analysis programs. The analysis of your surfing behavior is usually anonymous; surfing behavior cannot be traced back to you. You can object to this analysis or prevent it by not using certain tools.
