The shipping costs within Germany are a flat rate of €4.99 - regardless of how many pieces you order. You will be informed of the shipping costs both in the shopping cart and on the order page.

We deliver as standard within Germany and to all other EU countries as well as to Switzerland.

Shipping costs within the EU:

Flat rate: 13.99 euros

Shipping costs to Switzerland & Great Britain:

Flat rate: €26.99

For deliveries of goods outside the EU, taxes, duties or other fees may be incurred due to local legislation or customs formalities. The recipient of your order is responsible for all customs formalities to import the products and must also pay additional fees for international delivery, including import duty, customs entry permit, taxes, duties and other fees that may be levied outside the EU. If your order gets stuck in customs, it is the recipient's responsibility to contact the local customs office and pay any additional fees or taxes to have the goods released. What delivery time should I expect?

The package is usually ready for delivery within 3-5 days. With a higher volume of orders, it may take up to 7 days. After shipping, the delivery time within Germany is usually 1-3 working days. For deliveries to EU countries outside of Germany, experience has shown that the delivery time is 5-8 working days.
